FULFILLMENT POLICY

At The Peoples Company Agency LLC (TPC), agent onboarding includes signing our Agent Agreement and submitting a $199 agent processing fee, collected securely through Stripe.
 

Fulfillment of Agent Agreement Processing

  • Upon successful payment of the $199 processing fee, the agent’s onboarding process begins immediately.

  • An onboarding confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours with next steps.

  • Access to onboarding resources and systems is granted upon verification of the signed agreement and licensing eligibility.
     

Refund Policy

  • The $100 agent processing fee is non-refundable, as it covers administrative costs associated with agent setup, verification, and system access.

  • No refunds will be issued once payment is submitted and onboarding has commenced.
     

Delivery Policy

  • There is no physical product or shipment involved.

  • All services, including onboarding materials and platform access, are delivered digitally and/or in-person via training sessions.
     

Return Policy

  • As this is a service-based agreement with no physical goods, returns do not apply.
     

Cancellation Policy

  • If a prospective agent chooses not to complete the onboarding process before signing the Agent Agreement, they may cancel by contacting admin@thepeoplesco.com.

  • Once the agreement is signed and onboarding has started, cancellations do not result in a refund of the processing fee.
